VILLA STUDIATI PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Come through your private driveway and you’ll find yourselves at the old gate.
You can park your cars in the property.

Walk up the old loggia to the grand entrance; the villa’s ground floor boasts 3 living areas, 1 room for card games and 2 ensuite bedrooms (1 double, 1 children’s room). Bright light and Tuscan green comes through all the big windows and doors opening to the magnificent gardens. Walk down the garden and you’ll find a nice covered area for dining with a big BBQ grill for your casual nights with friends and family.

Down the garden is the pool, equipped with sun loungers and a covered lounge to relax during our hot summer days.

A nice gym is also present in proximity of the pool in its own casita. You can hike on the mountains or run on our treadmill in the comfort of your villa. If you wish, a Personal Trainer is available during your stay!

Back in the house a flight of stairs connects the first floor and basement. On the first floor you’ll find the TV room with its beautiful terrace where you’ll be able to admire our Monti Pisani hills. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are also on the floor.

Walk down the stairs and find yourselves in the beautiful dining room next to the old cellar and big kitchen perfect for your family time cooking.

Cooking classes and Tuscan dinners with the chef are also available.

The kitchen has stairs leading out to the covered dining area and garden.

Villa Studiati is also perfect for intimate weddings , birthdays and family reunions.
