The traditional Italian stone-built farmhouse or villa is designed to keep out the heat of the summer sun. Thick walls, cool tiled floors, small windows, shutters …

But some of our clients prefer a more modern approach – renting a villa with air conditioning.  In Italy the list of properties with air con is growing.
