VILLAS WITH POOL TO SLEEP 30+ PEOPLE

N.B. The " sleeps" figure includes any sofa-beds. If you do not wish to use sofa-beds then please check the number of bedrooms and ensure that they will accommodate your party.

San Donnino, Ville di Corsano, Tuscany. Sleeps 31 in 13 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms. The property can be rented in its entirety for groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.

Montagnola, Siena, Tuscany. Sleeps 33 in 13 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms. By taking the whole property clients can also enjoy use of a large covered veranda near the pool for nice open-air meals. Cook service can be arranged upon request (to be agreed at booking confirmation).

Archi, Cortona, Tuscany. Sleeps 36 in 11 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. A large common room with kitchen and nice fireplace is available by arrangement (to be paid extra on the spot).

Il Nespolo, Lari, Tuscany. Sleeps 38 in 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms. Breakfast service available in a nice common room.

Villa Laura, Castellina in Chianti, Tuscany. Sleeps 38 in 16 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms.Large dining room, elevator in the villa, mini-bar in all of the bedrooms, hairdryer available in each bathroom. ADSL internet connection (free of charge).

Montelopio, near Peccioli, Tuscany. Sleeps 42 in 14 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms. A shared room with satellite TV is available.

Fattoria San Polo, near San Polo in Chianti, Tuscany. Sleeps 44 in 21 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms. There is a large common room with Internet access (wi.fi). Private restaurant for villa guests on-site.

Le Fonti, near Grassina, Florence area, Tuscany. Sleeps 46 in 23 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms.
