This is a lovely, comfortable studio apartment (approx. 30m2) with wooden beams in the S. Croce area of Venice, in a quiet spot about two minutes walk from the railway station and six minutes walk from Piazzale Roma. The waterbus stop is one minute away. You can reach St Mark's Square in about ten minutes by boat or fifteen minutes on foot. An ideal central base from which to enjoy the charms of Venice! The apartment is close to facilities: Restaurant, bar, tobacconists, food shop, newsagents, chemist, hairdressers.

The apartment has its own independent entrance on the ground floor
with parquet flooring and original beamed ceilings. It is well equipped
and sleeps up to four people in one room. It is centrally heated
and has a washing machine. There is one double bed and one double
sofa bed. The kitchen area is open plan with a hob, microwave oven
and refrigerator. A separate small bathroom has a washbasin, shower,
wc, bidet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
This apartment can be rented all year round.
