Il Poggiolo is an independent villa in Tuscany, Italy with private swimming pool and private tennis court within walking distance of  the medieval village of Monte san Savino with restaurants and shops of all kinds. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, all on the first floor of the house.  There is a hall, kitchen, large sitting-room with panoramic terrace, three double bedrooms, twin bedroom, one bathroom with bath, one bathroom with shower. (The ground floor of the house is not used for accommodation.)
