Location details
San Boldo is a beautiful early 18th century palazzo in the San Polo
district of Venice, a quiet yet central location just a short walk from
the Rialto bridge. The palazzo has recently been restored to the highest
specification to make four luxurious and spacious apartments. Three of
these, Grimani, Loredan and Manin, are available for rent; the fourth is occupied
by the charming owners. With their beamed ceilings, faux marbled walls
and elegant furnishings the apartments offer to even the most demanding
of clients a level of comfort, convenience and relaxation rarely found
in Venice.
San Boldo is an "L" shaped building bordered on one side by a small
square and on the other by a canal : it is possible to arrive directly by taxi-boat
from the airport! The property has its own garden with table and chairs for
outside dining, a gazebo and Venice's only private tennis court, which can
be booked by guests.
Set in a quiet residential area with small local food shops and restaurants nearby, it provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of life yet is only minutes away from Rialto, San Marco and the famous sights of this most vibrant of cities.

Manin (60 m2) is a friendly little apartment accessed via the ground floor, with an entrancing walled garden. The owners of San Boldo also live on the ground floor and share the garden and tennis court. The apartment has central heating and air conditioning (in season).
It has 2 bedrooms (double or twins), 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine), a well-equipped kitchen, and an airysitting/dining room with view of the garden. One of the bedrooms is upstairs, tucked under the rafters, and one of the bathrooms is also upstairs.
Rental price: from Euro 1008 - Euro 1260 per week.
